We are very happy about the nice rating in Eichelmann 2019. Now we belong to the "very good wineries" of Germany. Thus a successful year 2018 will be crowned for us!
Here the description of our wines in detail:
A strong collection. The very dry, intense sparkling wine develops complexity and balance. Finely matured are the 2016 Rieslings. The Gutsriesling is precise, has animating freshness, the semi-dry Riesling is yellow-fruity, harmonious. The powerful Hargardun has clearly gained in complexity, it is intense, finds a good balance, is precise, salty and long. The romantic is juicier and cooler, yet more playful and delicate. The mineral coolness and materiality of the Revoluzzer is impressive. It is very fine, compact and sustainable and is only at the beginning of its development. The 2017 Rieslings were submitted as ready-to-fill barrel samples. They are powerful, but at the same time also very fine. The Gutsriesling is juicy and animating, the semi-dry Gutsriesling is as pointed as its predecessor. The Hargardun is powerful and compact, distinctly mineral, the fragrant, filigree romantic is taut, precise and very persistent. The fruity qualities are not at the level of the dry Rieslings. The juicy Spätlese from the Jungfer is quite full-bodied, the matured Spätlese from the Hasensprung is creamier.
