Our selected 100% Riesling from the Rheingau region was gently de-alcoholised. We added back a high quality Riesling as a small BIBO RUNGE dosage. What that is remains our secret, but it makes all the difference! The DESERTEUR is one of the best alcohol-free wines, say connoisseurs and sommeliers. A must try for all that never tried alcohol-free wines and those that love it anyway…
