Wine. A fruity and intense sparkling wine with a fine vanilla and brioch note. On the palate it is dense and intense with a fresh, lively acidity and a fine mousseux.

Making. A 100% Riesling Sparkling wine. The taste of our vintage Riesling, 1st fermentation in oak barrels and a second traditional fermentation for at least 18 months in the bottle.
