Wine. The PROVOKATEUR lies salmon red in the glass. The sparkling wine smells of ripe cherries, honey and vineyard peaches. On the palate it is juicy and lively with a fresh acidity and a fine mousse. (Konstantin Baum, Master of Wine)
Making. We took our high quality Riesling, and put it for another 18 months for the second fermentation into the bottle. During degorgement we made a fine addition of red wine. The mixture of Riesling and red wine makes it a special pleasure.
