Like the big one, the grapes for KLEINER REVOLUZZER were handpicked, and after a long aroma extraction, smoothly pressed in a French basket press and minimum 10 months in a 2500 l oak barrel (Doppelstückfass) spontenously fermented.

Story. Story. Next to our very successful REVOLUZZER, we could not resist to give his little brother of a new name. The KLEINER REVOLUZZER has the same DNA of wine making, and they share the same story of the democrat.
