Making. Only handpicked grapes, long aroma extraction, smooth pressing in a French basket press and minimum 10 months spontaneously fermented in a 2500l oak barrel (Doppelstückfass).

Story.. The JONGLEUR is the brother of the KLEINER REVOLUZZER, a fruity Riesling that balances the historic categories of dry and semi-dry Riesling. The jonglage of these categories makes it an outstanding Riesling.
