MachenAs for our other Rieslings, we have only used hand-picked grapes for our DEBÜTANT. After long aroma extraction and gentle pressing in a French basket press, it was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Story. The DEBÜTANT is our first wine to be fermented in a stainless steel tank instead of an oak barrel. This makes it an interesting debutant for us and our customers.
