Wine. Our BIBO RUNGE Spätlese and Auslese are a result of a precise harvest and intensive grape selection. At the end of our harvest we select the botrytized grapes, which get a very gentle pressing. The taste of our noble sweet wines is from exotic fruits to apricot, white peach and williams pear.

Making. Due to the very limited volume, the Auslese is our only wine fermented in a small steel tank.
