Wine. 100% BIBO RUNGE Riesling from Hallgarten vineyards for carefree enjoyment.

Making. A top wine as you know it from BIBO RUNGE: Handpicked, long flavour extraction, gentle pressing with the French basket press and ageing in large wooden barrels. The alcohol was gently removed from our wine and then a small BIBO RUNGE dosage was added. What this is remains our secret, but it makes all the difference!

Story. Our first non-alcoholic wine. A Riesling from Hallgarten vineyards that eludes alcohol. A DESERTEUR that provides enjoyment even if you are not allowed or do not want to drink alcohol.
