Wine. Very intense colour for a Pinot Noir, the scent of sweet and sour cherries and some strawberry is the first thing you notice. The wood is discreetly integrated. The fruity finish with low acidity makes it a pleasure for many, both for the wine novice and the wine expert.

Making. Hand-harvested in the Frühernberg vineyard after a strong reduction in volume, the grapes were destemmed at the winery and fermented spontaneously for three weeks. The mash was turned over by hand three times a day. After pressing with the French grape press, the Pinot was matured for 10 months in barriques and then bottled without filtration.

Story.. Our "M" stands for Monika and Markus, who have often experienced that one could not agree on a red wine with food. There is another way, a palate-pleaser, intense colour, great length, lots of fruit and a little wood - that's exactly how it should be.
