The alcohol was gently removed from our 100% Riesling from our region and then a small BIBO RUNGE Riesling dosage was added. What this is remains our secret, but it makes all the difference! The DESERTEUR is one of the best non-alcoholic wines, say connoisseurs and sommeliers. A must for anyone who has never tasted a non-alcoholic wine and for fans anyway.

Our alcohol-free rosé! A finely balanced cuvée of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, composed with the usual care and attention. After dealcoholisation, we added a touch of effervescence alongside a fine dosage of one of our best wines. The result: a delicate, sparkling start that delights both the palate and the heart.
With low acidity and even less sugar, it has what it takes to become the new bestseller. Of course, this DESERTEUR also comes from our own cellar – after all, Germany has long been on its way to becoming a ‘Pinot paradise’.
