The alcohol was gently removed from our 100% Riesling from our region and then a small BIBO RUNGE Riesling dosage was added. What this is remains our secret, but it makes all the difference! The DESERTEUR is one of the best non-alcoholic wines, say connoisseurs and sommeliers. A must for anyone who has never tasted a non-alcoholic wine and for fans anyway.

Viele haben ihn sich gewünscht – jetzt ist er da: unser alkoholfreier Rosé! Eine fein abgestimmte Cuvée aus Pinot Noir
(Spätburgunder) und Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder), wie immer
mit viel Sorgfalt komponiert.
Nach der Entalkoholisierung haben wir ihm neben einer feinen
Dosage von einem unserer besten Weine einen Hauch Perlage
mitgegeben.
Das Ergebnis: ein feiner, prickelnder Auftakt, der Gaumen und
Herz gleichermaßen begeistert.
Mit wenig Säure und noch weniger Zucker hat er das Zeug zum neuen Bestseller. Natürlich stammt auch dieser DESERTEUR aus unserem eigenen Keller – schließlich ist Deutschland längst auf dem Weg zum „Pinot-Paradies“.
